Summer evening surprise menu

Dates: every Friday from April 5 to August 30
Time: the menu can be booked in advance until 4:00 PM and the restaurant serves dinner from 4:30 PM until one hour before closing time
Location: Restaurant De Hoge Veluwe
Price: The reservation is free. The cost of the dinner is €37.50 per person, which you pay on site in Restaurant De Hoge Veluwe
Conditions: The menu can only be reserved for the entire table (children excluded)
TIP: combine this surprise menu with the dinner promotion when you enter the Park after 5 p.m. and pay no entrance fees
Helene Kröller-Müller, the founder of the Park, believed that nature complemented the experience of art. In the same way, the sultry summer evening also has a catalytic effect on a culinary experience.
On Fridays in the spring and summer period, our chefs prepare a special three-course surprise menu. Three courses full of changing seasonal products take you bite by bite through the Park and its immediate surroundings. Vegetables and herbs from our vegetable garden and, where possible, our own game and other down-to-earth Dutch products are often given an exotic touch by our chef.
