If we don't act now, wolves in De Hoge Veluwe National Park will kill all the mouflons. The mouflon is indispensable for the Park as a grazer of the open landscapes, which can quickly become wooded with pinetrees. The mouflon is the only grazer that eats pinetrees. The Park therefore desperately needs the mouflon to preserve the current landscape and the rare animals and plants that depend on it.

Exhibition Save the mouflon talks about the usefulness and necessity of the mouflon in the Park and why we want to preserve this iconic species for future generations. You will be informed on the basis of data, stories, moving photos and films.
